Job Description:

As a Technical IT Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional IT professionals to meet the organization's technical needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:

    • Source, identify, and engage with qualified IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  2. Job Posting and Marketing:

    • Create and post compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position and attract high-quality candidates.
    • Utilize various recruiting platforms and strategies to enhance job visibility and attract top IT talent.
  3. Client and Candidate Management:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics.
    • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  4. Interview and Selection Process:

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
    • Prepare and present candidates to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations based on interviews and assessments.
  5. Offer and Negotiation:

    • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment.
    • Facilitate background checks, reference checks, and any other pre-employment requirements.
  6. Market Research and Reporting:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical IT Recruiter or similar role with a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for specialized IT roles, such as software developers, data scientists, SAP modules, Clouds, Database and cybersecurity experts etc.
