Certification: JLPT/NAT N1, N2 or N3 only
Experience : 3-12Years
Primary Skill: Japanese Language Proficiency(Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking),JLPT N3/N2/N1
Education : Graduation from Reputed university./ Technical or Management degree or equivalent education.
JLPT Skills: JLPT N2, N3 with strong speak/write/read skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Should have experience to work as bridge SE earlier. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese is a must. Should have JLPT N2, N3 or equivalent certification. Should have Business Japanese communication skills and should have experience in Mail and phone correspondence with Clients. Understanding of IT service related terminologies. Working experience in Japan will be preferred. Prior work experience in similar roles will be preferred. Work closely with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs, support business change and deliver a consistently high quality customer experience. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills DESIRED. Candidate with Japan client exposure will be added advantage. Able to support MS-OFFICE( Excel, Word, Power point).BSE in SAP is a added advantage,
